MONTHS is a high-carb natural fuel pouch built for endurance athletes.
Each pouch delivers around 60g of carbohydrate using real ingredients, designed to support long rides, long runs, races, hard training sessions, and big days out. The goal is simple: serious fuel without the ultra-processed feel of most sports nutrition.

WHEN SHOULD I USE MONTHS?

Use MONTHS when the session actually demands it.
MONTHS is best for longer or harder efforts where fueling has a real impact on performance - things like long runs, long rides, race efforts, brick sessions, training camps, or back-to-back big days. It’s probably unnecessary for short easy sessions, recovery workouts, or a casual 5km. The idea is not to use more fuel for the sake of it, but to use the right fuel when it matters.
